He told us to learn only one parable, and it was the one where he gives us the clue to how to know when the end was here. It is Matt. 24:32-35. The hidden truths are only understood by those who study the Bible, not just read it, or take their pastors word for what it all means. Jesus began this sermon by saying: "Take heed that no Man decieve you". I will lay out what God has revealed to me so you can study and decide for yourself as you pray and read these words. The parable of the fig tree contains within it a Jewish tradition of the family: The tender years of a man are until he is of the age of twenty. When the his branch is tender, and he put forth leaves ye know that the summer is near. In this portion of scripture there are three very important things to reference, being the tender, the growth, and the summer. In the next portion we will find the refernce of what time frame this is refering too, and the limits to this period of time.: So like wise when you shall see shall see all these things know that IT is near, even at the doors. Verily I say to you this generation will not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. We first realize that Jesus is answering the questions posed to him in Verse 24:3 of what shall be the signs of his coming and the end of the world. Now know we are dealing with the signs of the end of the age we can realize that there are in fact specific things we can identify and gauge and measure. Surely Jesus had a purpose for telling us to learn this parable. It was so we could rcognize that the door represented a defined the end of period of time and the beginning of another. In May 1948 Israel became a nation fulfilling prophecy, that they would be restored to the land of their fathers in the midst of thier enemies. When we apply these scriptures to this time frame they match up perfectly to these times. In 1967 Israel had a war and expanded her teritory, giving understanding to the bringing forth leaves which represented growth within the tender years. Then there this bit about the generation not passing away untill all these things mentioned in the whole chapter of Matt.24. The generation question is interesting, and many have speculated on how long a generation is. So if you count the years of man in the Bible and divide by the number of generations you will come up with 41.7 years. Add the years of a generation to the date of growth and you will have the doorway in your vision. The summer is the time of heat, and is just before the harvest. Make sure you get lots of water during this time. Heaven and Earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
